I'm Veronica, a Registered Dietitian and author with over a decade of experience specializing in cardiac nutrition care. My journey began when I noticed a troubling trend: the vast amount of misinformation online made it challenging for my clients to adopt healthier eating habits. This realization spurred me to create The Heart Dietitian, a mission-driven initiative designed to bridge the gap between heart-healthy research and practical, everyday eating habits.

My motivation for entering this field was deeply personal

 
witnessing my father rely on statins in his 40s, I was determined to forge a different path for myself and others, aspiring to a future not dictated by medication but by informed, healthful choices.

Now, I want to help you translating complex heart health research into manageable lifestyle tweaks so you can enjoy a longer, healthier life.

 

My goal is to empower you to feed your heart confidently, enabling you to enjoy a long, joyful life. With my extensive experience, I've developed a step-by-step framework to guide you toward improved heart health. Together, we'll establish realistic goals and tackle them with simple, actionable steps, providing the support and accountability you need every step of the way.
